Served with crushed hazelnuts and drizzled with black truffle olive oil and warmed Italian flat bread

Served with red onion jam and melba toast

Slow Braised Daube of Beef
Served with creamed chive mash, roasted parsnips, roasted carrots, tenderstem broccoli and red wine jus
Pan Fried Seabass
Served with new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, confit fennel and sauce vierge
Paupiette of Plaice and Crab
Served with creamed mash, panache of broccoli, peas and leeks, drizzled with hollandaise sauce
Nut Roast
Served with roast potatoes, roast parsnips, homemade chestnut and cranberry stuffing, yorkshire pudding, fresh seasonal vegetables and pan gravy
